Eligibility

  • Contestant age is calculated as of the competition's registration deadline.

  • Registration signifies that the contestant and their parent or guardian agree to and will abide by all competition rules.

Work and Repertoire Specifications

  • Art to Serve - Creative Arts Competition

    • The submitted proposal must be the original work of the contestant.

    • Contestants are responsible for ensuring their proposal does not infringe upon the rights of others and assume all related legal responsibility.

    • For all materials used in the proposal (e.g., images, music clips), contestants must ensure they have obtained proper legal authorization.

  • Ensemble & Chamber Music Competition

    • The content of the musical pieces must be appropriate, free from themes of violence, pornography, or sensitive political/religious subjects.

    • Contestants must use officially published or legally authorized sheet music. Contestants bear full legal responsibility for any issues arising from the use of unauthorized/copyright-infringing materials.

    • The performance video must be a single, continuous recording without any editing or audio manipulation.

    • The video must be shot in one continuous take, with a stable frame and adequate lighting.

    • The performers' hands and faces must be clearly visible throughout the video.

    • Ensemble performances must ensure all members are within the frame.

    • Participating teams must submit required documents for verification as instructed, including proof of legally obtained sheet music and the participant roster.

Judging Mechanism and Awards

  • The decisions of the judging panel are final and are not subject to appeal.

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the competition rules, schedule, and award structure.

Copyright and Portrait Rights

  • By entering, contestants grant the organizer permission to use their submitted videos, images, and personal data free of charge for purposes of competition promotion, archiving, and non-profit promotional activities.

  • Contestants agree to allow the organizer to publish their performance videos on various promotional platforms and social media channels.

Other Important Notes

  • The organizer is not liable for any losses or damages suffered by contestants as a result of their participation.

  • All entry fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Contestants are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information. Inaccurate information may lead to disqualification.

  • If a contestant violates any competition rules, the organizer and the judging committee hold the right to disqualify them.

  • The organizer reserves the final right to interpret these rules and regulations.
